Consists primarily of letters from author Frank Thomas Bullen to Zephaniah Pease. Many of the letters discuss works of Bullen's that are to be published or the reception that his works are receiving both in terms of critiques and sales. He also writes about his family, his ill health, and his unfavorable views regarding the rudeness of Americans, especially of the upper classes.
